Pattern- I like the way that anything and everything can leave a mark in clay. Even when taking a simple spoon and looking at the grooves and edges……then think to yourself what kind of mark an this groove or edge make. Then going from the groove/edge and making a free style pattern and if they don’t work out you can always start over. I found the best discoveries are come aproned with mistakes.  So food for thought is go and work on your pieces and explore your options.
